To manage the 220 Sanofi delegates, symposium, conferences and the exhibition floor
Client task:
The client is based in France and the official sponsor for the WDC from Dec. 2nd till 9th. They needed a team on ground to help them to organise the exhibition and manage their 220 delegates. Fame was the company awarded for this job and we provided a team of 40 event staff that manage various areas of the exhibition.
Our Solution:
Our team offer support in the following areas to manage the exhibition:
Airport Meet & Greet Services - We placed 2 executive hostesses at the Dubai airport at for 48 hours, to welcome each guest as they arrive and transfer them to their hotel in a private car with a driver.
5 administrative staff who help to package the welcome packets for the 220 delegates, the welcome package includes the guest details and all the info they needed to get around the exhibition and Dubai. it also includes other information such as the guest exhibitor pass, metro card, timings for each conferences and the locations, restaurants, tours and gala dinner information.
We placed a concierge desk in 7 hotels where Sanofi lodge their delegates, with a concierge specialist to assist them in any areas they might need and as the point of contact for the organisers.
A team of 10 staff who help to package the symposium gift bags and the exhibition bags and arrange it on each sit at the conference for 500 people, including hostesses who welcomed the guest to the conference.
We provided concierge desk at the tradeshow to offer on-site support for the exhibitors, offering them information about the conferences, passes, directions and other service.
We also manage the gala dinner on the last day of the event for around 300 guests
